“Green Ideas® Building Science Consultants has completed LEED certification for three new Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC) projects within the unique and forward-thinking Novus Innovation Corridor development in Tempe, Arizona.
Catellus Development Corporation, the Novus master developer engaged Green Ideas to work with their design and construction team to drive the high-performance building elements and required LEED SILVER level certification for Flower Child, Blanco Taco Cocina + Cantina and North Italia, located within Novus Place, the entertainment district at Novus that features dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Novus Place also serves as the central gathering place for residents and visitors who want to visit and explore the development which includes shaded walkways and paved bike paths at the community’s urban parks and pedestrian promenades…”
