Novus will build approximately 4 million square feet of commercial opportunities in Tempe, with the flexibility to accommodate all businesses from large campus users to build-to-suit requests and small tenants in multi-tenant buildings. With sustainability as a focused pillar of Novus, all office buildings are encouraged to pursue LEED certifications. Office buildings within Novus are designed to be resource efficient and built from both natural and recyclable materials, setting the standard for a sustainable community design.
