Total land under development in Greater Phoenix
Square feet of mixed-use opportunities
Expected once development is complete
Novus Innovation Corridor is a multi-phase, 350-acre development strategically positioned along Tempe Town Lake on the ASU campus, in the geographic heart of Greater Phoenix.
Upon completion, Novus will integrate more than 10 million square feet of urban office, retail and residential development with new and renovated collegiate athletic venues.
The development is a public/private partnership between Arizona State University (ASU) and master developer Catellus Development Corporation, and is expected to bring approximately 20,000 new jobs and 5,000 new residents to the downtown Tempe area.
Arizona State University is the largest public research university in the United States under a single administration, with a total student enrollment of more than 82,000. Located in metropolitan Phoenix, the nation’s sixth-largest city, ASU is creating a new model for American higher education, an unprecedented combination of academic excellence, entrepreneurial energy, and broad access. This New American University is a single, unified institution comprising four differentiated campuses positively impacting the economic, social, cultural and environmental health of the communities it serves. Its research is inspired by real-world application, blurring the boundaries that traditionally separate academic disciplines.
