Here’s Why Novus Innovation Corridor is a Visionary Development

The Novus Innovation Corridor broke ground for its next phase in September this year with big plans ahead. Novus is currently going through site improvements, utility location, and new infrastructure installation. The first office building and residential community are slated for early 2019 land closings and are anticipating breaking ground in the first quarter 2019.

Novus is a public/private partnership between
ASU and Catellus Development Corporation.

As master developer, Catellus will work collaboratively with ASU to implement the Novus Innovation Corridor design and install required infrastructure, market development opportunities to the commercial real estate community and end users, and manage the community as it develops, on behalf of ASU.
