The technology-enabled private real estate lender will relocate its headquarters from Los Angeles to Horizon Bay at Novus, leasing 9,365 square feet of Tempe office space. Planned for early 2027, Dunmor’s move adds to the growing number of companies moving to Tempe and choosing the Novus Innovation Corridor as a place to grow, connect and build their businesses.
